Built in 1861 to the designs of architect J.B. Snook.

The cast iron exterior of the building is being restored and the missing elements are being added to the back to the building based upon historic photographs and a 19th century catalog of cast iron designs. 9 residential units are being created including a penthouse addition on the roof.

Construction was commenced in 2009.
