Construction of a new Manhattan Upper East Side townhouse.

Originally constructed in 1879, in 1957 the townhouse lost its stoop and was awkwardly re-clad in brick and heavily renovated. The project consists of the creation of a new townhouse with classical details harmonious to the style and scale of the Upper East Side Historic District.

The project was approved by the Landmarks Commission in 2008. Construction commenced in 2008 and is expected to be complete in 2012.
