30 Crosby Street

Conversion to residential use of a SoHo loft building

Built as a corset factory on Crosby Street and a showroom on Broadway in 1890. The building runs through the block with facades on Crosby Street and Broadway.

The exterior of the building was restored and 13 residential units were created including two-story penthouse additions on the roof.

The project was approved by the Landmarks Preservation Commission and the City Planning Commission.

30 Crosby Street was completed in 2002.
