Built 1897 to the designs of architect George F. Pelham.

The cast iron and masonry exterior of the building is being restored and the missing elements are being added back to the building based upon historic photographs. Residential units are being created including a penthouse addition on the roof.

The project was approved by the Landmarks Commission in 2008. Construction commenced in 2010.
