Conversion to residential use of a 50,000 s.f. building in Chelsea.
The Chelsea Flats building was originally built in 1910 as an office and manufacturing building. The building was restored and converted to 22 residential units including the addition of penthouses on the roof.
The Chelsea Flats Building was completed in 2000.
